Putin's Aide Reveals Who Will Head the Russian Delegation for Talks with the USA.

The Russian Delegation for Talks with Ukraine is Headed by Grigory Karasin and Sergey Bеседа
The head of the Federation Council's committee on international affairs, Grigory Karasin, and the advisor to the FSB director, Sergey Beseda, have been appointed as the heads of the Russian delegation for negotiations with Ukraine. These negotiations will be of a meeting character. This was reported by Russian President’s assistant Yuri Ushakov.
It is worth noting that Sergey Beseda previously headed the Fifth Service of the FSB, which prepared reports for Vladimir Putin ahead of the invasion of Ukraine. According to The Washington Post, this unit of the Russian intelligence services was responsible for intelligence activities in Ukraine and attempted to control the country and counter its approach to the West.
FSB analysts were mistaken in their assessment of the situation in Ukraine prior to the invasion; however, despite this, the unit continued to attempt to convince the Kremlin that Ukrainians welcomed Russian aggression. It was on these mistaken assumptions that the plan for the assault on Kyiv was based, which was expected to be successful but ended in failure for the Russian intelligence services.
Sergey Beseda was arrested, but later strange reports emerged about his presence at certain events in the role of an FSB representative. Ushakov's statement officially confirmed for the first Time that Beseda had been removed from his position as director of the Fifth Service. He has become an advisor to the head of the FSB, Alexander Bortnikov.
These meetings with the Russian delegation will take place in Riyadh on March 24.
