What is the fine for listening to music in a car.

The car interior is considered a private area, but only until it starts disturbing other people. Thus, listening to music in the car can lead to a fine both for its content and for the volume level, especially at night.
In what cases can the driver face penalties?
Russian music
A penalty may be imposed on the driver if the sound of Russian music goes beyond the car. Such actions are considered a public broadcast of content from an aggressor country.
The law 'On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine regarding support for the national music product and limiting the public use of the music product of the aggressor state' applies not only to media but also to public spaces, including public transport and private cars.
Fines for such violations can be significant — from 5100 UAH to 8500 UAH for the first violation, and from 17,000 UAH to 25,500 UAH for a repeat offense. However, draft law No. 9547, which proposes such penalties, has yet to be passed. Therefore, some lawyers point out that there is currently no mechanism for punishing specifically for Russian music in cars (if it is not accompanied by other violations, such as hooliganism).
Excessively loud music
Article 182 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (CUPAP) prohibits violating public peace after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM in parks, squares, recreation areas, and on adjacent territories. The maximum permissible noise level in these places at night should not exceed 55 dB.
The first violation of this norm is subject to a fine of 85 UAH to 255 UAH. For a repeat offense — from 255 UAH to 510 UAH. Additionally, the court may confiscate the offender's sound reproduction equipment.
It turns out that drivers in Ukraine can receive a fine for listening to Russian music in their cars if the sound goes beyond the car. Public broadcasting of Russian content may lead to penalties according to the legislation. Also, violating public peace after 10:00 PM can result in a fine for drivers due to excessively loud music in the car. It is necessary to be careful with the content of the musical accompaniment and the volume to avoid financial penalties.
