ATM 'ate' money, and the bank does not respond: PrivatBank clients complain about the support service.

PrivatBank users are facing serious issues with the availability of customer support services. This was reported by one of the bank's clients on the Minfin portal.
According to the client’s report, it is practically impossible to call the hotline 3700, which is supposed to operate 24/7, and promised callbacks do not come even after several days of waiting.
Moreover, the woman expressed concern about the inadequacy of automated support systems in resolving non-standard client issues.
According to the client, the chatbots in Telegram and Viber, as well as the online help in the Privat24 app, operate according to a template and are not effective in various situations, such as ATM malfunctions during cash deposits.
'A person is left alone with their problem. This is very alarming,' noted the woman who encountered the issue while topping up her card through the ATM.
She emphasized that cash was accepted, but the funds did not arrive in the account.
The bank client asks whether there is oversight over the support service's work, whether the bank adheres to customer service standards, and whether it operates responsibly as a civilized financial institution.
The bank client is questioning whether this means that the bank simply wants to collect money but does not mention responsibility, as Soviet departments used to do.
Let us remind you that PrivatBank has reopened its services for entrepreneurs.
