Doncic paid the full cost of restoring the defaced mural depicting Bryant.

The Los Angeles Lakers defender Luka Doncic covered the cost of restoring the defaced mural depicting Kobe Bryant, a five-Time NBA champion, and his daughter Gianna. This was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' citing The Guardian.
Previously, inadequate individuals damaged the mural titled 'Mambas Forever', which features Bryant and his daughter.
“It is always important to give something back to the community. They have given me so much that I just want to give them something in return,” Doncic said.
Kobe Bryant died along with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna in January 2020 in a helicopter crash. Seven other people also lost their lives at that time.
