Friendly country to Russia decided to block Telegram: reason.

Communists blocked Telegram in Vietnam
The Communist Party of Vietnam has made the decision to block the operation of the popular messenger Telegram in the country. According to Reuters, the order for the block was signed by the Deputy Head of the Telecommunications Department of the Ministry of Technology. Telegram's operation is to be blocked by June 2.
The basis for this decision was a police report that most Telegram channels and groups in the country violate laws regarding fraud and drug trafficking. Additionally, authorities noted that Telegram refused to provide user data as part of investigations and often disseminates anti-government content.
As Reuters writes, the Communist Party of Vietnam has attempted to coordinate its actions with Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok to remove 'toxic content'.
Confusing network of Telegram channels
Moreover, calls for attacks on mosques and Muslims in exchange for cryptocurrency are appearing on Telegram. The organizers of such channels also spread bomb-making instructions and anti-Semitic materials. Such actions are causing concern among Britons and provoking reactions from intelligence agencies.
Recent actions on Telegram have led to a conflict with the Russian authorities, resulting in the removal of more than 20 Russian channels, including the anonymous 'Cheka-OGPU'.
During the ban on Telegram's operation in Vietnam and the conflict with the popular messenger, it becomes evident that these bans are used by authorities to control and censor network content, which raises doubts about freedom of speech and access to information in these countries.
