Dubai chocolate exposed: how they deceive with elite delicacy.

Dangerous ingredients were found in the popular 'Dubai chocolate' in Germany.
The Cologne court ruled that German manufacturers must label their product as 'in Dubai style' rather than 'Dubai chocolate' to avoid misleading consumers. However, the association with the original product still remains.
The German consumer protection organization conducted a study to verify how beneficial this trendy sweet is for buyers. As a result, it turned out that 'Dubai chocolate' does not meet expectations.
'We did not find a unique taste or outstanding quality,' the experts stated after analyzing six samples of this chocolate.
Potentially harmful substances were found in some samples of chocolate from Dubai, including 3-monochloropropanediol and glycidyl esters. Carcinogenic aflatoxins were also found in one sample of chocolate. Such ingredients are unacceptable for a product claiming high quality.
According to the study, some samples of chocolate did not contain harmful substances, but they were also not special in taste. Most tested chocolates contained sugar, vegetable oil, flavorings, and colorants. The labeling of many bars also confused consumers.
The conclusion of the study is that 'Dubai chocolate' is not worth its price. Experts recommend opting for a cheaper alternative pistachio chocolate or making 'Dubai chocolate' yourself using recipes you can find online.
