Experts identified 58 potentially fixed matches in May of this year.


The United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports (ULIS) published its monthly report on potentially fixed matches on its website, as reported by 'Glavcom'. United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports is a non-profit association of state lottery operators that fights corruption in sports, particularly against fixed matches.
According to ULIS, in May 2025, 58 suspicious sporting events were detected, of which 54 were related to football. The number of potentially fixed matches decreased by 53.2% compared to April 2025, amounting to only 53. The largest number of suspicious matches occurred in Europe.
Compared to other regions, Europe noted the highest number of suspicious games - 21. Interestingly, the top three leaders from the start of the match were filled as follows: Europe, South America, Asia.
