Today, Catherine Zeta-Jones turns 55, and Michael Douglas turns 80. They are husband and wife and were born on the same day – September 25, with a 25-year difference.
Michael Douglas, Oscar-winning American actor and film producer, was born in 1944. His father is Kirk Douglas, a famous actor, and his mother is Diana Dill, also an actress. Michael studied at a military academy but began his career as an actor and producer.
Catherine Zeta-Jones, a British actress, was born in 1969. She began her career in theater and quickly gained popularity in Hollywood. She won an Oscar for her role in the film "Chicago".
Catherine and Michael married in 2000 and have two children. In their marriage, the age difference does not matter; mutual respect and family harmony are important to them.
Recently, Michael Douglas, along with his son, visited Kyiv, where he met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska. It is worth noting that Michael consciously supports Ukraine in its conflict with Russia.
