Ukrenergo announced the power outage schedule for Monday
The national energy operator Ukrenergo informed about the power outage schedule for Monday, December 3, 2024. For residential consumers, there are scheduled outages: from 7:00 to 8:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00 - one shift, and from 8:00 to 19:00 - two shifts of outages.
Industrial enterprises and businesses will operate according to the capacity limitation schedule from 6:00 to 22:00. The restrictions were introduced due to damage to the energy infrastructure after the missile-drone attack on November 28.
Electricity consumption on December 2
According to Ukrenergo's data, on December 2 at 6:00, the level of electricity consumption exceeded the indicators of the previous working day by 6%. The daily maximum consumption on December 1 remained at the level of November 30.
Electricity import to overcome the power deficit
Ukraine imports electricity from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova to overcome the power deficit. The total import volume is 10,759 MWh with a maximum capacity of up to 850 MW in individual hours.
Restoration of electricity supply for almost a million families
DTEK reports the restoration of electricity supply in November for almost a million families: 701,700 in the Odessa region, 192,100 in Dnipropetrovsk region, 75,500 in Donetsk region, 4,800 in Kyiv region and 1,100 in Kyiv.
