Tomorrow, August 22, the application of power outages is not forecasted, reports the press service of "Ukrenergo".
In case of changes in the power system, additional restrictive measures will be announced.
Please, use electricity sparingly. Do not turn on powerful electrical appliances simultaneously from 16:00 to 22:00
On August 21, one queue of power outages was scheduled from 15:30 to 18:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00. From 18:00 to 22:00, regional energy companies applied two queues of outages simultaneously.
Power supply to critical infrastructure objects is not limited.
Ukraine has once again returned to power outage schedules due to the heat that started on August 19. By October, DTEK plans to return 60-70% of lost generation to work.
Earlier, a reduction in outages was forecasted for August-October. The head of "Ukrenergo", Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, believes that the electricity deficit will gradually decrease if there are no new large-scale shellings.
