During the 12-day war, Iran hit five Israeli military targets. According to 'Glavkom' and The Telegraph, Iranian missiles targeted an air base, intelligence gathering center, and logistics base in the north, south, and center of Israel. Eleven missiles caused significant damage to Israeli infrastructure. However, due to an effective warning system and high discipline among residents, the number of casualties was low - only 28 people were killed.
It is important to note that the US and Israeli air defense system failed to fully intercept the missiles - 16% of the Iranian missiles got through this defense. This may result from a lack of interceptors, absence of necessary tactical decisions, or the use of new types of missiles by enemies.
As a result, Iranian missiles struck five military sites in Israel, leaving serious damage to infrastructure. Despite this, due to an effective warning system and high discipline among residents, the number of casualties remained minimal - only 28 people were killed. However, problems with US and Israeli air defense became evident, as 16% of the Iranian missiles managed to get through, indicating a need for improved tactics and protection against such attacks.
