Curfew in Ukraine — what changes are being made for civilians.

Currently, there is a war in Ukraine, so there are certain restrictions for citizens. For example, in order to move around the city during the curfew, a special pass is required.
Plans for changes in the issuance of passes in Kyiv
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко, said in an interview with 'Ukrinform' how they plan to change the approach to the issuance of passes during the curfew.
Kyiv is developing a new IT tool that will ensure transparency and control over the process of issuing passes. The goal is to create a digital mechanism that will eliminate abuses in the system. This will allow recording all stages of issuance: who its head is, who approved it, to whom it was issued.
'Before we began to analyze this problem, thousands of passes were issued to various enterprises, even to people who had nothing to do with critical or important activities,'
Tkachенко also emphasized that currently, passes are almost not issued, except in cases where those entitled to them apply. He expressed the intention to completely abandon paper passes and transition to electronic documents.
Other important aspects for Ukrainians
It should be noted that conscripts, reservists, and draftees are required to keep their military ID, update their information in a timely manner, and comply with the rules. A fine is imposed for the loss of a military ID.
It is also worth noting that due to Russian aggression, wearing military uniform in public is common. However, camouflage is only allowed for specialized persons, and illegal wearing may result in a fine.
