Mobilization of Conditionally Sentenced Individuals — Who Will Not Be Drafted.

Ukrainian conscripts serving conditional sentences may be mobilized into the Armed Forces. A citizen approached a lawyer with a question regarding their possible mobilization.
Conditional Sentence and Mobilization
After the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, the process of general mobilization continues, as extended by the Verkhovna Rada.
A citizen serving a conditional sentence learned that they could be called up to the army. This response was received from the lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan.
Who Cannot Be Mobilized
There are exceptions for conditionally sentenced individuals. For example, those who have committed serious crimes against national security, the murder of two or more people, or corruption offenses are not subject to mobilization.
Even during martial law, these categories of convicted individuals remain outside the scope of mobilization.
Earlier, information was provided about the mobilization procedure for convicts and their potential to be discharged from military service.
