Odesites accused of using Russian - scandal.

Scandalous statement
Odesites have been accused of relaxing too much and not doing enough for Ukraine's victory in the war. Moreover, many locals continue to speak Russian with the government's permission.
Historian made this statement in an interview with Espreso journalists.
Odesa historian Oleksandr Muzychko stated that a large number of people in Odesa, despite the war with the Russian Federation, speak Russian. In his opinion, the government should not give people such an opportunity.
'In Odesa, there are many people who have become too relaxed. And unfortunately, the government gives them such an opportunity, not militarizing and mobilizing them. They speak Russian, write in Russian, and bring everything to the question 'Why not at the front? And Russian-speaking soldiers are at the front.' And mostly, this is said by people who themselves are not at the front', said Oleksandr Muzychko, associate professor of the Department of History of Ukraine at Odesa National University named after Mechnikov, in the studio of Espreso channel.
Oleksandr Muzychko also added that this is not about the formula 'everyone in the trenches.' But he urged Odesites to think about the war and do everything for victory.
Recall that recently we wrote about the mobilization of women in Ukraine. And also about why North Korea supports the Russian Federation in the war.
During the interview, the Odesa historian expressed concern that some residents of Odesa continue to use the Russian language during the war with Russia. He urged locals to think more about the state and pay attention to issues of security and the defense capability of Ukraine.Read also
