Officer Arty Green: The withdrawal from Khursk was disorganized: 'It strongly resembles Debaltseve'.

Ukrainian troops left the Khursk region without the permission of the General Staff and on the initiative of field commanders, said former UAF officer Arty Green in an interview with Yuriy Romanenko.
The military expert pointed out that this situation resembles the events near Debaltseve in 2015, when the decision to break out of encirclement was also made locally, ignoring the orders of the higher command.
«Opinions were divided. Butusov, at least Yura expressed that there was no order for withdrawal. This was a disorganized decision of tactical commanders», - said Arty Green.
Nevertheless, he noted that the withdrawal was sufficiently coordinated: «No one got encircled, everyone was warned. It was not that battalions scattered in different directions. There was none of that. No one was left there without warning», - said the ex-officer.
'Yes, it strongly resembles Debaltseve, where the command from above was issued, but there were no other commands, and tactical units agreed,' - emphasized the ex-officer.
According to the expert, although there was no order, the exit was relatively organized: «Since no one got encircled, everyone was warned. [...] That is, the group left relatively organized, even with communication problems, since the radios do not work there».
The entire conversation with Arty Green, where he harshly criticizes the generals and the leadership of Ukraine, can be read and watched .
