Pensioners will have to return money to the PFC: who faces an unpleasant surprise.

Pensioners may be required to return excess funds
Pensioners have the opportunity to be obligated to return overpaid funds. This information has been spread by the Main Department of the PFC in the Volyn region, reported by 'Hvylya'.
To avoid overpayment situations, pensioners must timely report any changes in their status that may affect the amount of pension payments.
The Pension Fund emphasizes that if it turns out that a person received more funds than allowed, they will have to return that amount. This applies to cases where the pensioner received allowances for privileged status that they did not actually have.
Conditions for returning funds may arise in the event of a change in status, employment, dismissal, or place of residence. In the case of forced return of funds, part of the payments will be withheld monthly until the debt is fully paid off, while the amount withheld will not exceed 20% of the pension amount.
Pay attention to all possible changes in your status to avoid misunderstandings and issues regarding pension payments.
Remember that in the event of overpaid funds, pensioners may be required to return them if it turns out that they received more than they should have. Therefore, it is important to timely report any changes that may affect the amount of pension payments and avoid possible problems.
