Negotiations in Riyadh on Peace in Ukraine: All the Details.


Negotiations between the delegations of Russia and the USA began in Riyadh to discuss a peaceful resolution of the situation. The meeting was held behind closed doors, and members of the press were asked to leave the hotel premises. Russia is represented at the negotiations by Grigory Karasin and Sergey Besseda, while the USA is represented by Andrew Peek, Michael Anton, and another State Department official. The goal of the negotiations is to achieve a ceasefire in the Black Sea and to freeze the front line, as well as to discuss issues of ensuring peace and security in Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the need to press Putin to cease strikes and resolve the conflict. Additionally, concerns were raised regarding Russia's attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure.
