Massive terminal failure across Ukraine.


Ukrainian terminals are experiencing a serious failure, making it impossible to top up cards and pay for taxis. Users report issues with card payments in stores and metros, as well as the malfunction of Apple/Google Pay. There are also problems with the applications 'Diia' and 'Nova Poshta'.
The Kyiv City State Administration reported that contactless payment for travel at metro turnstiles is temporarily impossible due to a technical failure at 'Oschadbank'.
Specialists are already working on resolving the issues.

Specialists are already addressing these issues. For payment of travel, one can use a transport card, a QR code generated in the 'Kyiv Digital' application, or a paper QR ticket.
Such technical failures are serious problems that can harm the country's economy. More attention is needed to infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of technical systems to prevent similar situations in the future and avoid losses and customer dissatisfaction.
