At the age of 84, actress Svitlana Svitlychna, known for her role in the film 'Diamond Hand', has died. This has been reported by Russian media.
The cause of the actress's death was likely cardiovascular failure, which developed during cancer.
In recent years, Svitlychna faced significant health problems and was often treated in medical facilities. Last summer, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
In March 2024, she suffered an acute myocardial infarction and was urgently hospitalized. She also suffered from dementia for a long Time, which required her to be under the supervision of a psychiatric hospital.
