The end of the heating season in Ukraine will lead to scheduled power outages. This was reported by the director of energy programs at the Razumkov Centre, Volodymyr Omelychenko. He noted that the situation in the energy sector has stabilized somewhat due to weather conditions. However, with the onset of cold weather, everything may change, as restoring generating capacity takes at least six months. Therefore, the situation remains complex, and under the worst weather conditions, the duration of outages may increase.
