Record 116 thousand hryvnias: salaries of top officials in Ukraine updated.


The average salary of employees of central government authorities in Ukraine in March 2025 increased to 54,22 thousand UAH, reports the Ministry of Finance.
The highest salaries were recorded at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), where the average monthly reward reaches 115.9 thousand UAH.
The second place in terms of salary levels is held by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Public Utilities (NKREKP) with an average salary of 91.3 thousand UAH.
The third place is occupied by the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where the average monthly salary is 81.5 thousand UAH.
Among other government bodies with high salary levels are the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (81.2 thousand UAH) and the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (79.5 thousand UAH). The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine closes the top-6 with an indicator of 65 thousand UAH.
The lowest average salaries among central government authorities are received at the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine – 56.1 thousand UAH.
It is worth noting that Ukrainian civil servants declared 10% more cryptocurrency than last year. In the declarations for 2024, there are over 2000 mentions of digital assets.
