Russia massively attacked the Sumy region with drones, explosions were heard in Volyn and Prykarpattia.

Russia attacked Ukraine again

On the night of May 14 to 15 and in the morning, Russia launched new attacks on Ukraine using drones. In particular, massive strikes were recorded in the Sumy region, as well as explosions in Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk. In the Sumy region, ten strike drones were launched, causing a fire that is currently being extinguished.

In Lutsk, the mayor reported explosions, visibility of drone movement and activation of air defense, while the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration confirmed attacks in her region without casualties among the civilian population.

Situation has been brought under control

According to the State Emergency Service, after the attack in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a fire occurred at one site, which was extinguished without any injuries. These attacks indicate an increase in the activity of Russian forces along the entire front line.

Since the start of the attacks on May 13 and during the night of May 14, Ukrainian forces have shot down 80 strike drones and simulation drones. Our troops are currently continuing to repel attacks and preparing for possible actions in response to Russia's offer of a ceasefire.
