Russia attacks Dnipro: a young girl has died, among the injured is an infant.


On the evening of April 16, the city of Dnipro was subjected to a massive attack by Russian troops using drones. As a result, several fires broke out. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing local authorities.
According to information received from the city authorities, fires occurred in Dnipro due to the drone attack. The population was also affected. The attack resulted in the death of one person - a young girl who was struck.
Another seven people were injured, including an infant. The child, who suffered injuries, is 9 months old. According to the head of the Dnipro police, the child's condition is satisfactory, and they have received assistance. Three of the injured were taken to the hospital.
As a result of the drone strikes, there were power outages in some areas of the city. Locals are posting videos showing a private house that caught fire due to the attack.
All emergency services arrived at the scene. Locals report that windows in houses in the central part of the city were broken due to the explosions.
Attack on Izyum
Also, on the evening of April 16, the city of Izyum was shelled by Russian terrorists. According to eyewitness accounts, the occupiers launched a rocket attack on the city. As a result of the shelling, there are casualties: a 35-year-old man, a 32-year-old woman, and a 7-year-old child who were hospitalized. A private house was also destroyed.
Analyzing the information, it can be seen that Russian troops continue to carry out aggressive actions on the territory of Ukraine. Mass attacks using drones and rockets harm the population and property. This is a violation of international law and indicates the need for an international reaction to Russia's aggression. It is necessary to mobilize all efforts to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine and ensure the safety of its residents.
