However, the Center for Counteracting Disinformation confirmed that the letter is fake and aimed at damaging the reputation of Ukrainian military.
«This fake is part of a large-scale Russian disinformation campaign around repatriation measures, aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian leadership and creating distrust towards it», - emphasized the CCD.
