Participation of Russia and Belarus in competitions postponed
The International Basketball Federation has decided to extend the suspension of Russian and Belarusian clubs and national teams from participating in tournaments. The issue will be addressed by the FIBA Executive Committee at its next meeting in August.
The decision to suspend was made due to Russian aggression against Ukraine, and the ban applies at both the international and club levels.
