Ukrainians may lose their mobilization reservation
According to a letter from the Ministry of Economy, starting from May 28, some Ukrainian companies risk losing the ability to reserve personnel from mobilization.
This is the last day when enterprises with critical infrastructure status had a chance to submit documents to the Ministry of Economy regarding the operation of branches and ownership or lease rights in three or more regions. Those who did not meet these requirements risk losing their reservation.

The key group of documents that need to be provided includes extracts from the tax information system about the status of settlements with the budget and funds for the half-year, as well as documents confirming ownership or lease rights for premises where branches operate.

If the requirements are not met on Time, enterprises may lose their critical infrastructure status and, consequently, the right to reserve personnel.
This new mobilization campaign is part of a larger strategy of the Ukrainian government regarding the reservation of personnel for enterprises that service the critical infrastructure facilities of the life support system sector.
