The USA has allocated billions to Ukraine for salaries: the amount and conditions have been named.

The USA is providing Ukraine with 3.4 billion dollars in budget assistance
Ukraine will receive 3.4 billion dollars in budget assistance from the USA. This became known from the official statement of the US Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen, as reported by Reuters.
This tranche is the last one under the Law on Additional Appropriations for the Security of Ukraine for 2024. Funding is being conducted in cooperation with the US Agency for International Development and the State Department.
According to the Secretary of the Treasury, since the beginning of the invasion by Russia in February 2022, the total amount of US budget assistance has exceeded 30 billion dollars. The funds are used, among other things, to pay salaries to teachers and public servants.
'The success of Ukraine is important for America. We must continue to support these efforts'
The US Secretary of the Treasury also emphasized that assistance is provided on the condition of carrying out reforms aimed at strengthening law and order, increasing transparency and efficiency of public institutions, as well as combating corruption.
It should be noted that US President Joe Biden announced the provision of a new package of assistance to Ukraine worth 2.5 billion dollars.
It should be noted, the USA will provide Ukraine with 15 billion dollars from frozen Russian assets.
