Penalty in 'Reserv+' - what are the conditions for obtaining a 50% discount upon payment.

Ukraine has introduced a new option for paying fines for violations of military registration rules without the need to visit the territorial recruitment center. For this, the 'Reserv+' app has been launched, which allows conscripts to reduce the fine amount by 50% if they manage to take advantage of this service within a specified period.
This opportunity is available to those who did not update their data by July 16, 2024. Paying the fine allows you to quickly close the administrative case and remove the red mark for the violation from your personal profile in the app. Currently, this service is only offered to those who have fines for untimely updating their data, but there are plans to expand it to other types of military registration violations.
What needs to be done to pay the fine through 'Reserv+'
- Update the 'Reserv+' app to the latest version;
- Go to the 'Fines online' section;
- Submit a statement acknowledging the violation. The TCC's decision will be sent to you within three days;
- Pay the fine of 8500 hryvnias (50% of the full amount).
The opportunity to take advantage of the discount is valid for 20 days. After that, you will be able to pay the fine in full - 17000 hryvnias. In the case of overdue payment for 40 days or more, the fine amount will double to 34000 hryvnias, and the case will be transferred to the enforcement service.
It is also worth remembering that in addition to the main fine, TCC employees may impose other administrative sanctions for various military registration violations, such as failing to appear for a summons or losing a military ID.
Summary
Ukraine has implemented the possibility of paying fines for violations of military registration through the 'Reserv+' app, with the opportunity to receive a 50% discount in case of a prompt response. This initiative aims to facilitate the process of resolving administrative violations and promotes better compliance with military service rules.
