Fines in Diya: A new feature for drivers to check violations has been introduced.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has announced that the system for automatic recording of traffic violations has been updated. The 'Diya' application now allows Ukrainian drivers not only to receive information about fines but also to view photo and video evidence for documented violations.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reports that previously drivers only received text information about violations, the Time, and the location of the incident. Now the system has become much more transparent thanks to the introduction of multimedia evidence.
Payment of fines remains very convenient - users can make the payment with a bank card or through payment systems ApplePay and GooglePay.
To check the existence of fines, drivers can use several platforms: the Ministry's web portal, the 'Diya' portal, the driver office, the 'Diya' mobile application, or the specialized app 'Fines PDR'.
This innovation was implemented through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the state institution Center for Infrastructure and Technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the company 'Infotech'.
Previously, Ukrainian drivers in Poland were reminded of the new fines and rates starting from 2025.
