Court kept former head of Odesa TCC Borysov in custody.

The appellate court upheld the decision of the investigating judge to keep former Odesa military commissioner Yevhen Borysov in custody. He is accused of official forgery and obstructing the legal activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by Glavkom.
The appellate court reviewed the defense's complaint against the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. By this decision, the suspect Borysov's custody was extended until May 18, 2025.
In addition, Borysov was set bail at 179,863,200 UAH. If it is paid, obligations provided by law will be imposed on him.
Earlier, the special prosecutor's office sent an indictment against Borysov to the court for the fact of legalizing property obtained by criminal means.
Borysov tried to obtain a disability group while in prison. He has been in the pre-trial detention center for 15 months, and his defense tried to obtain a medical report on his disability.
In addition, Borysov was discharged from the Armed Forces due to health reasons, which allows him to cross the border without obstacles.
It should also be noted that investigative journalists found the mansion and office of Borysov's mother and wife in Spain.
