Supermarkets updated prices for salt, sugar, and flour in mid-December.


Prices for basic products have risen in supermarkets
According to the Minfin portal, supermarkets decided to change prices for salt, sugar, and flour in mid-December.
These products are essential in people's daily lives, so it is important to periodically monitor their prices. It is also worth remembering that supermarkets often offer discounts on other goods.
For example, the average price of sea salt in stores is 35.74 hryvnias per 1 kilogram. The price can fluctuate from 33.88 hryvnias in the Auchan chain to 37.60 hryvnias in the MegaMarket chain.
The average price of crystal sugar is 34.75 hryvnias per 1 kilogram. The price can fluctuate from 32.90 hryvnias in Auchan and Metro chains to 39.60 hryvnias in the MegaMarket chain.
The average price of wheat flour is 29.85 hryvnias per 1 kilogram. In the Novus chain, the price is 28.59 hryvnias per 1 kilogram, and in MegaMarket, it is 31.10 hryvnias per 1 kilogram. For two kilograms of flour, you need to pay 55.30 hryvnias.
Prices for sunflower oil, buckwheat, potatoes, and cabbage have also changed in supermarkets.
