According to media reports, the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a warning to tourists regarding trips to several Mediterranean countries.

Egypt: Threat of Terrorism and Military Conflicts

The report states that there is a high risk of terrorist attacks and armed clashes in the northern part of the Sinai Peninsula, the border area with Israel, and remote areas of the Sahara.

Currently, foreigners are advised to travel to southern Sinai only with a local guide and to be cautious of minefields. It is also noted that for trips to Egypt, it is better to agree in advance with a guide who has a deep understanding of the local conditions.

The Rest of the Countries Are Under Ban

The German Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized the risks of traveling to Israel and Lebanon, where parts of the territories are considered dangerous in terms of security.

The Gaza Strip, Southern Lebanon, and the West Bank are places where military actions and tensions may occur, so it is advisable to refrain from traveling there for the Time being.

In light of these events, government services are facing difficulties, public safety is under threat, and diplomatic missions have ceased operations. Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs draws special attention to the dangerous situation in Libya, where security risks remain quite high.
