The Dutch team PSV reported that one of the players has been diagnosed with an active stage of tuberculosis. This became known from the club's official website. The player's name is not disclosed, but he has already been isolated from the team. Although the likelihood of infecting other players is low, the situation is under control according to standard protocols. Currently, there are no suspicious symptoms among those who were in contact with the infected player. The club supports the footballer and asks to respect his privacy.
In the return match of the UEFA Nations League playoff, the Ukrainian national team lost to Belgium with a score of 3:0. Based on the results of two meetings (4:3), Belgium earned the right to play in the elite division A of the Nations League, while Ukraine remained in division B.
