A new program for financing home insulation has been launched in Kyiv.

The municipal enterprise "Kyiv City Housing Modernization and Development Fund" (Revolving Fund) provided loans to six apartment buildings worth over 9 million hryvnias.
This was reported by the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Petro Panteleev.
According to him, financing agreements were concluded by condominiums and housing construction cooperatives in four districts of the capital: Dnipro, Sviatoshyn, Pechersk, and Solomyansky. The funds are aimed at energy-efficient measures and alternative power sources.
"Residents are reconstructing engineering networks, installing building meters, insulating facades, and upgrading ventilation systems"
The pioneer became the condominium "Pidvysotskoho, 6", which in July 2024 received a loan of 1.5 million hryvnias for a comprehensive modernization of the building.
According to the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, the popularity of the program is growing. He also reminded that four support programs for the housing stock operate in the capital: the "70/30%" competition for condominiums and housing cooperatives, the "Capital Repairs" program, compensation for the cost of independent power sources, and the Revolving Fund.
Combining these programs allows residents to obtain the most favorable conditions for the modernization of their homes.
