Ukrainians will be able to get an online deferment in "Reserve+": who will be affected.
Students and parents with many children will be able to use the online deferment in "Reserve+".
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chernogorenko.
In the Reserve+ app, new features will appear in 2024, including electronic referrals to the VLK, online training, deferments for students and parents with many children, as well as online recruiting.
Chernogorenko said that a simple online recruiting process in Reserve+ is planned.
"We are currently planning to implement online recruiting in a few clicks. So that our citizens can quickly mobilize or sign a contract. We have already worked out the first full process, completely ready. And we are working with the development team to implement this in Reserve+ as soon as possible," she said.
The Ministry of Defense is also working on implementing digital referrals for the VLK through the Reserve+ app. This feature should be available by the end of 2024.
Chernogorenko noted that this will allow undergoing the VLK without visiting the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP).
"This can be used by people who are scheduled to undergo the VLK, and people who need to re-certify their limited fitness within a certain period according to the law," she emphasized.
Also in Reserve+ there will be an online deferment. This feature will be implemented through integration with other registries. The first updates will concern full-Time students and parents with many children.
"Maximally correctly, it will not force citizens to stand in lines, but actually create a proactive deferment for these citizens. Automatic deferral. That is, as soon as we receive such information from the relevant registries, we will immediately reflect it in Reserve+. This is currently in implementation, and we plan to release this update in the near future," added Chernogorenko.
