The young Ukrainian goalkeeper Hlib Udovichenko signed a two-year contract with the 'Atletico' academy
The young Ukrainian goalkeeper Hlib Udovichenko, a product of Poltava's 'Vorskla', signed a two-year contract with the academy of the Madrid club 'Atletico'. This is the first Time in history that a Ukrainian footballer has become part of the system of the Spanish giant.
There are also Ukrainian goalkeepers in the systems of other Spanish clubs: Yan Zhuravskyi at 'Betis', Vladyslav Krapyvtsov at 'Girona', and Andriy Lunin, who plays for the first team of Madrid's 'Real'.
