The OP has identified two key problems faced by injured military personnel.

The Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchuk, pointed out two problems regarding the treatment of injured servicemen.
'Military units require servicemen to provide certificates of their treatment in healthcare institutions every 10 days. This is incorrect,' - she noted.
Vereshchuk emphasized that military units should exchange this data without the participation of the injured serviceman, and all necessary conditions for this exist.
'Therefore, I ask the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Chief Medical Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Health to issue additional departmental explanations on this matter,' - she stated.
Furthermore, Vereshchuk drew attention to the fact that often injured servicemen who are taken out of their duty status for treatment do not receive full material support. Instead of at least 20,100 UAH, they receive only 650 UAH, which is illegal and incorrect.
'Therefore, I urge the Ministry of Defense to issue proper departmental explanations regarding compliance with the Law on the 'Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Their Families,' - she noted.
