The State Border Guard Service reported that part of the ammunition purchased from the company 'PHU Lechmar' has already been delivered to the Ukrainian military. According to the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko, it concerns various types of ammunition.
This is a variety of nomenclature and these are the means that are extremely needed by our defenders at the front to stop the enemy and maintain a balance of power. I note that the State Border Guard Service constantly monitors the timing of deliveries and the execution of contracts, - said Colonel Demchenko. He also emphasized that the State Border Guard Service continues to work within the powers entrusted to it for the procurement of ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine worth a total of 23 billion hryvnias. Payment under the contracts was made at the end of December 2024, and delivery times are provided for throughout the year.
This does not mean that all goods will be delivered by the end of the year. Deliveries are already underway, and the company 'PHU Lechmar', which some critics are trying to equate with a 'front', adheres to the established schedules, - said Andriy Demchenko.
