How and who among Ukrainians can receive financial aid under the UN program.

The UN is launching a program to provide financial assistance to Ukrainians before the start of the winter season. This aid is intended for individuals who are not eligible for a pension, as well as for adults and children with disabilities. Participants in the program can be citizens residing in areas where hostilities are ongoing, receiving social assistance up to 3,250 UAH per month, not receiving aid for internally displaced persons, and not receiving other international financial support. The amount of assistance is the difference between the social assistance already received and 3,250 UAH. Payments are made through bank transfers or direct delivery. The total budget of the program exceeds 284 million UAH. The program for children with disabilities has already been expanded, and now more than 400,000 pensioners receive monthly assistance. The program is funded by contributions from Germany, the European Union, the USA, France, and private donors.
