Winter 'eSupport': The Cabinet approved the start date for the 1000 hryvnias payments.

Launch of the winter 'eSupport' program in Ukraine
The Government of Ukraine has decided to start the winter 'eSupport' program from December 1. Each citizen of Ukraine will receive 1000 hryvnias to spend on Ukrainian goods and services.
According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, this decision is part of the winter support for Ukrainian families and was made possible thanks to the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Starting from December 1, every citizen of Ukraine will receive 1000 hryvnias to spend on Ukrainian services and goods. The government has approved the procedure for implementing this project, which will specify how, where, and when these funds can be accessed and what they can be spent on.
Shmyhal also emphasized that the program applies not only to adults but also to children, so a mechanism will be established whereby one of the parents can request the payment for their child.
This money can be used to purchase medicines, books, clothing, pay for bus and train tickets, utilities, as well as to support the Ukrainian army through charitable accounts.
It has also been announced that the 'National Cashback' card will be launched, which Ukrainians will be able to use to receive additional benefits.
