Passing Score for NMT 2025: Ukrainians Have Been Informed About the Required Scores for Budget and Contract Admission.

According to information from the site 'Vstup.OSVITA.UA', in 2025, the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) will be in effect in Ukraine, which is key for admission to higher education institutions. This test has replaced the ZNO and aims to determine the ability of participants to take part in the admission campaign.
Ukrainians have been informed about the passing scores required for admission to various specialties based on the results of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) in 2025. The minimum score varies for each university, but there are general requirements. To be able to submit documents to higher educational institutions, an applicant must obtain at least 15% of the maximum possible score in each of the four test blocks.
In particular, for subjects such as Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine, and others, different minimum scores are set. Regarding specific specialties, various passing scores are provided for budget admission depending on the chosen fields of study.
Although no result guarantees absolute admission, applicants are recommended to score above 160 points to increase their chances of budget admission. For contract education, usually, 130-140 points are sufficient, but it is better to apply to several universities to reduce risks. It is noteworthy that the ombudsman clarified the conditions for taking the NMT-2025 in the additional session.
